Which Synchrony bank credit cards have the chat option?

I have lots Amazon, chevron visa, bp visa, ebates visa, banana republic, old navy visa, gap, SAMs club, Walmart, and lowes all have chat.
TJX, AEO and eBay MasterCard do have not have chats.

This seems like a strange way to pick out one's next Synchrony card.
