If you're keeping QS, between DC and SM I'd close the DC. No need to keep two general spending cards IMO. If you got rid of SM two of your cards would offer very similar rewards (1.5 and 2%). Keep the SM for its 5% categories, then you'll have it and a general spending card.

+1 Of course I would not close any of them since they are all different lenders and non-AF cards. I can't stand BoA. Don't have any of the other cards since I am not much into cash back, but hear great things about sallie mae and I was tempted by the citi double cash back card. The cap 1 QS is alright.

Hehehe...good for DW! Now at least you'll consistently have two accounts with zero balances.
If I did have to pick two to close, I'd close BOA and DC. The BOA seems pretty obvious. As for DC, I have a horrible APR, a low CL, and I don't like the redepmtion structure compared to my QS1. I'm glad to know that I could get back in with Citi, but I'm disappointed in the card and regret getting mine. But differently lenders like different profiles, so it really depends on how Citi treats you vs Cap One. The other good thing about Cap One...no FTF, so that could come in handy if you travel.
