I found that, but I don't see any options for pre-approval. It just asks me to chose a card to apply for.

Google AmEx preapproval link. It should come up. I believe the link starts with 201...

How old is your BofA? Also, Discover has a similar preapproval link if you want to try that.

Thanks. I really do appreciate the help. 6 months on the BoA. Most of them are around the same age. The oldest is 9 months. I know it's not much at all. Just hate to go overseas without a legit card.

I ended up responding to an offer in my PayPal account to apply for their card through GE Capital. I was approved @ $500. But according to the decision they pulled my TU report and got a score of 451! WTH?

What was the range they gave you?

Again, that is likely a FAKO score.

You REALLLLLY need to lay off the credit apps for a good year, or you too will learn the hard way.
