   I did cap one and  walmart with bad credit and was approved and am very happy with both. I would say certainly don't apply for the Amex til you have more of your own history. If you are determined to apply for the Amazon and the Amex, go for the amazon first as it is the easier of the two. Good luck.

Yes, use that number..  Don't wait, because then it could be too late for them to do anything.

Ok called chase(for amazon) this morning and they approved me with a $2k limit. Said was orginaly declined, but after reviewing she approved.
