Exactly. You will not get FR'd for using your BCE or any other Amex card for normal spending.
Most of the people who run into issues are, like someone else stated, carrying a large balance for a long time and paying minimum (risky to the lender), or doing MS. You do have to be careful with that kinda thing - buying a lot of gift cards, etc at the grocery store sounds like a great idea to get the rewards but lenders are definitely noticing it more and more and have been shutting people down (Chase and Amex especially).
If you use the card for its intended purposes and pay in full or carry a not-maxed-out balance you won't have an issue.
