Which card you have the highest APR

My apr on are almost all in the similar rate except the holy moly freedom... 18.99%(only talking about credit cards and exclude store card)

My two boa were 15.99 & 12.99 (weird thing is that when I had no credit I got approved for 123 and 0 for 12 then 12.99 while the other, opened a year later was 15.99)

BCE I believe is 15.99 forgot..
Fidelity Amex is everybody the same 13.99
SM is probably 14.99 or 15.99 forgot..
Upromise is 12.99

So most are 12.99-15.99 except the freedom is so high >.~
