Which co-branded Amex Card has best benifits and rewards

Now there are so many offers for co-branded Amex Cards, I am wondering which is the best among the co-branded Amex cards?

That is out of my reach as I do not have any military relationship. Among other co-braded cards what do you think is best? Right now I have Soveriegn Amex Card issued by FIA.

Check out the Citi Platinum Amex.  Fee is waived the first year- then $125.  Much more reasonable fee than the true Amex Platinum.  Includes the Citi ID monitor and Priority Pass membership.  Lots of perks and benefits.  You can check out the description on the Citi cards page.

WOW I have the Citi Identity Monitor for $12.95 a month = $125 annual fee. I'm pretty much just paying for that... might as well get Citi AMEX.

$4.95/mo is an Employee offer. It is online only - but you should be able to sign up for it using the link provided.

Please do NOT call Citi about this offer.

The Citi Plat. AMEX doesn't have a pre-set spending limit so if you're looking for a card to lower your util., it's not the card for you.
