I don't have the service, but I read that you can only pull monthly and it is EX-based.

I second the USAA AMEX.

It is monthly pull. It looks the same as BOA's service, the only difference is that BOA allows pull every 3 months and Citi every month.

That is out of my reach as I do not have any military relationship. Among other co-braded cards what do you think is best? Right now I have Soveriegn Amex Card issued by FIA.
