Re: Which is the easiest to get per company

1) Go for a charge card, they are normally easier to get

2) Check the pre approval page and go for that

3) no idea

4) Check the pre approval page and go for that

Good luck

Re: Which is the easiest to get per company

I have 720 score, low AAOA and about 8 inquiries. The only ones that would give me credit out of the major banks was Chase. So in my opinion and in my experience, it was Chase that was willing to give me a chance. The thing is, I have a bank acct with chase so not sure if that was a factor in the decision. Have had an acct for 5 years.

Barclays

Citi

Amex

Discover

all declined for reasons ranging from inquiries to too much new credit and not enough history. My girlfriend who has about 7 years of great history was denied for American Express due to inquiries but she was able to get Chase, Citi (low limit) and Barclays. Seems like as long as you don't have a lot of inquiries (less than 5 or 6 or so). Barclays sould be able to get you approved if you have a few years of good history.

I think with BOA any of the BankAmericard cards would be the easiest.

Amex BCE $10,000 | BofA Power Rewards WMC $10,000 | Discover It $10,000 | ICBC Preferred Gold UnionPay $8,000 | Local CU Visa $3,500
