Re: Which of these CC's will close my account after BK?

Also, you may want to consider moving this thread to the Bankruptcy area.  This is more a BK question that a CC question.  You may get advice there from folks with more knowledge of BK.

StaringOver10 is right, make sure they are required to vacate the judgement within a fixed amount of time (30 days ?) and provide you with a copy of the order.  That will help you dispute the judgement with the CRAs if it's showing on your report.

Also, this is too old for the underlying debt to still be repoprted.  But if it were within seven years from DOFD I would also ask for a non-disclosure.  Lenders may not agree to delete lines from your CR but if they are specifically prohibited from sharing information, when you dispute and they don't verify the line has to come off.

Re: Which of these CC's will close my account after BK?

Thanks again for the replies. I considered putting this in the BK section but was really just question the survivability of these cards. Its a shame that even though they wont be included i'll still lose them.

Hoping plan A comes together and I wont have to start all over again.
