Still says unable to access when I click "finalized decision"...and I logged into my account and my credit limit still says $12,500. I'm assuming that's a no? If so, what are the repercussions of a no?

Call customer service and they'll tell you. But what it looks like right now, seems you were denied.
Is it bad to be denied? Does it hurt anything credit-wise or in my Amex relationship?

Current balance like $50 with a limit of $12,500. I've PIF every month since I got the card in April 2012.
Should I call? What number?
I decided to try Citi to see if it was a soft pull. Filled out the info and right before making the request read the line "this authorizes Citi to check my credit report" or something to that effect. Chickened out. I have all the credit I need.
I wonder why we all worry so much about hp's though - they only account for 10% of our score. That's no reason to go app happy, but I wonder why I worry about it so much?
