Thanks! I'll give them a call.
edit: I'm trying to stay in the garden, don't want the ERT sending the gators after me!
My brother has the Discover IT card which he will be using. I got the Chase Freedom card. Glad it's kicked in, cause my new job is going to be requiring about a 25 mile commute one way. Probably be filling up every week.
For the past 9 months, after Chase's gas quarter ends, Walmart kicks in their "15 cents" off gas for their Discover card which my mom owns. Works out pretty well.
Is there a specific reason why those of you with both the Freedom and Discover IT are choosing the Discover? Better rewards redemption?

Discover has nice "bonuses" for certain GC redemption.
Plus, not everyone travel, so the Freedom would really just be a 1ccp card if it's redeemed for cashback.
Chase Freedom
Wish I still got the extra 10% for Chase checking, anyway I will more than likely have my Chase as #1 and Discover as a backup, I probably will be over $1500 for gas for those 3 months, I guess I better keep a spreadsheet of all gas purchases on each card so once I am up to my limit to switch cards
I never worry about the cap because I'm the only person who uses my card & I drive a Kia. The most I spend on gas in a month is $160.
I guess I'll use the Discover, just because I like the company a bit more than Chase.
No other reason...
I only have the Discover IT, so that will be my card
Discover IT because they gave me a HUGE AUTO CLI in May. $1250--->>$6300 having used the card once or twice in previous 12 months. Gotta show them some love back.
