Im In California, and when I called in to talk to Citi, they told me that EX was pulled for me. From what I have read, they almost always pull EX and then EQ and very rarely TU. 

Bank of America: Cash Rewards.-700$. 4/25/12, Citi: Forward- 1.5k. 10/27/12. Discover: More- 1.5k. 10/27/12. Amex: PRG- NPSL. 11/24/12. Chase: Freedom.- 2.4k. 5/1/13. Last App: 5/10/13.

Nope. 3 times for EQ. 1 for EX In NC for me
