Trying to plan my strategy, but am looking to app in a few months for:
Lowes
NFCU Cash Rewards
USAA AMEX
What order should I app in for inquiry sensitivity? I will have 7 on TU, 8 on EQ, 10 on EX. Each will have only 3 within the last year, however.

I don´t have much exp with usaa or nfcu but i could tell you that lowes takes inquiries like a champ.

None of those places care about your inquiries.
If you were apping with PenFed, then you would need to have no inquiries.

+1...Concur with this post. Additionally, USAA and Navy Fed typically pull Equifax for there credit products, and Lowes pulls Transunion...

When I apped for NFCU in march, I had over 15 inqs on TU, which they pulled. I was approved for 22k, with no problems.

USAA pulled EQ for me and Lowe's pulled TU.

Hehe, I'm up to 19 now!
Seriously, about 15 of these was from my horrible mortgage process. I had to go through 5 different lenders, some of these lenders pulled credit up to 5 times
