Your BK7 blocks you from most prime lenders until it is 8-9 years old. My BK7 is 9 1/2 years old and applied for the Chase Freedom and was denied. I did a recon and it took 3 weeks to approve and while I waiting for the final review to be completed, I received a denial due to Ch 7 BK letter in the mail. I eventually got the card and its in my wallet but it was a major hassle to get even though my BK 7 is scheduled for deletion Aug 2013. I have heard Discover is nicer when it comes to BK.

tried discover and they wouldnt go for it cause i had them included in bk7

Why don't you just tell us what you are looking to apply for?

But regardless, you've had denials, AA, successful and unsuccessful recons, and a thousand locked posts on this forum in recent weeks. I don't think you are in the best position to continue adding new cards. If you wait 6 months your chances will increase significantly. In the meantime, sit back and relax.

Well for starters i didnt have anything to do with moderator locking the thread.Some ppl been not so nice and thats it the thread is closed.That does not make it my fault and i have no control to what the other po will react to certain threads.I hope you understand that

Now said that i am looking for a chase united miles but they wouldnt go for it because of the bk7.Citi got me in thank god for that.Discover dont wanna do it because the ch7 bk back in 07.Usbank opened and closed account because my fault for going on a app spree back in october.Is just that this 07 bk7 is killing me right now

Regardles of all this i love eveyone on this forum for exchanging ideas and they help me alot on my decision on to wich lenders to go for.

I think time is ur best friend right now I say garden for 6-12 months n then target which cards u want. U have a couple of nice cards right now you should wait till they age a few months and I think you should be fine. Some lenders might still see you as a risk due to the bk. Anyway just my 0.02 good luck with whatever you choose to do.
