Who still gets Dillards Amex pop up via SCT?

I tried, didn't happen. And if it shows up is it SP or HP? What browser did you use if you got the offer?

I've been trying for a long time and nothing. When synch bank had it I saw more pop up approvals. Last time I was on dillards site, they took down the app and said u have to apply in store now.
