Funny thing is the luv button has never worked for me either. Always says to call in. YET,,,,I opened in April 2013 and received auto cli's at 6 and 9 months. Could it be that the button never works because they keep giving me auto's and the time spand between cli's has not been reached yet? I dunno, yet I will just keep taking the auto's if they keep dishing them out.....lol
