Why do I keep seeing Free Score - Walmart --- US Bank offers it

Yes, I understand USBank's is a FAKO, what I didn't understand was that the card offered it free monthly. That's a little more understandable for someone to want it.. I thought it was simply a one time deal. My apologies for not reading my in depth on those topics first.
