Will Discover Transfer CL Limits?

I am looking for a 0% APR card and have a Discover IT card with a CL of $26K. I was thinking that I would app for a Discover Miles card and no matter what the starting CL was I would call and ask to transfer some of my Discover IT CL to the Miles card. The Miles card has a 0% APR for 14 months.

Is that something Discover would do?

I want to buy some furniture and thought that I would take advantage od a 0% offer.

Yes and if they feel you are overexposed they will have you call in after you app and offer to transfer the CL or approve the app with lower limit. Very helpful customer service in my experience.
