Welcome to the forum
What were the INQ's for and are any of the cards below from them?
Any denials from the INQ's and reason given if it applies?

The paid chargeoff, 30 and possibly the INQ's may be an obstacle for you getting approved...everything else looks good.

What was the reason for the 2 denials
Serious delinquency
balance to credit limits were high on revolving accountscredit score was around 650
insufficient credit history
too many delinquent past or present credit obligations
credit score was 654 back in march

While I think you could be approved now it may result in a double pull
Wait 4-6 months to build more history and IMHO you stand a better chance of approval
double pull from the same bureau?
@RJT1534 wrote:double pull from the same bureau?

+1
The BCE may be a bit iffy given what you've shared OP. A charge card may stand somewhat better chance (still YEMV); but if it were me, I would wait to gain more optimal results.
