Will I get approved for Chase Freedom

With a previous account closed by Chase in 2009 that I eventually paid in full? My EQ score is 726.

Haha sorry for tempting you. I'd really like to reestablish a relationship with Chase so maybe they'd remove my late payments from 2009 when I was young and stupid.

Why do you want a freedom if you already have a BCE? That like downgrading from a hot looking girlfriend. Go for the sapphire
