Mine usually report a few days after the 2nd statement cuts. Don't worry, they will report 
KS67, here is some info to share, hope it will be helpful. I'm having the same issue with both of my Amex cards that are 2 1/2 months old. Called a number I was given for the Amex credit bureau reporting division, and the rep was very difficult to understand, but said something about a system issue this month so (supposedly) mine were to report for the first time this month, but now it will be mid-February instead. Not sure if a rep in the credit bureau reporting division really knows anything (usually not), but am sharing in any event.
Mine will be closer to 4 months after the account was opened if it does report according to the time they indicated.
Hang in there, ours will report eventually.
Amex is known to be slow to report. If it were me, I'd be happy that they haven't reported! Hidden TL! 
What i think happens is amex deoesnt report until you have a balance to report at closing date, i think. I may be wrong. At least when you first get the card. I had my BCE and showed zero bal for the first two statements. The moment i showed a balance at statement closing it was reported to the bureau. Perhaps someone else can confirm?
