Will my score go up with a CLI?

I received a $150.00 increase from FPB CC will this help my score?

Starting Score: 501
Current Score: 589/598
Goal Score: 700

i keep my cards around 15% utl.  It may come down to 11% utl

Probably not then.  Congratulations on the low utilization.  It looks like you're doing well anyway, but you won't likely see any score improvement for going from 15% to 11%.
 
If you can get it down to 9% or less, then you probably will see a few points.

I agree with cheddar. Right under 10 percent seems to be a magic number for FICO.
