That's odd, I have emailed them twice using that address. They usually don't email, but call instead. Most recently, I sent an email on Tuesday and received a call back the next day

Ah, maybe be thats my problem. I didnt include a phone number. I'll try again. Just curious, did you list your full account number in the email for them to reference? Thank you!

No I just listed the last 4 digits of the card #

There is no public number for the Cap-1 EO they disconnected it, you will need to contact them at the email address and they will give you a call and yes you need to leave them your phone number. This thread will now be closed to further comments
