With all this talk about a credit crunch? Has anyone had trouble....

getting car loan or had their CL decreased on any credit cards?

CLD is very often mentioned on all credit related boards.

 

As far as I understand, we are at very beginning of huge crisis.

Agreed. If you're hurting for credit, I'd recommend credit unions. Navy Federal actually is actually still doing very well and is actually expecting to make a healthy profit (though substantially less than forecasted). If your credit is good and you've got a job, you shouldn't have any trouble getting credit because financial institutions are eager to make profitable loans to people who will pay them back on-time and in-full.
