Wonder if a BT to lower util would improve scores?

Hi All

I have $63k available credit spread over 6 cards, I only owe a balance on one - $5800 / $7500 - pretty high util, but enjoying the 0% into rate.

I have another card which is $0 / $17,000 - would i be better to move the balance to this card to reduce util % - or would things still reflect a total of $5800 / $63.000 and therefore not make much of a difference? the BT fee would be around $180 (the Slate has the balance already) - would you pay the BY fee to do this?

Thanks All Smiley Wink

Which card would you be BT to?

Its just the US Bank Platinum - no frills card, which would probably be SD'd because of the lack of benefits if it wasnt for the 0% intro rate

If you already have a 0% intro rate, just keep it there if you can PIF before apr hits.  It doesn't matter if you move the credit amongst 4/5 cards.  The utilization will be the same.
