Re: Woot Woot Another happy happy NFCU member

I finally got my card with them and think I'll be transferring all my monthly purchases to them.  I like being able to see my cashback balance right there!  Just waiting to find out my statement date and see how my score changes when it hits my reports.  My USAA account just hit and brought my score up a few points!

Congrats! Curious... do you have a checking acct with them? It seems like they are more generous w/approvals and CLs when people bank with them also. Since you got such a good CL, I was wondering if you bank w/them or just got the CC.

I'm not sure that is true. For example, I do have a checking account with them, but I don't have direct deposit. I rarely used the checking account; however, I do have a Navcheck LOC of 3k. I also have a 12k cashrewards; 9k nrewards; 8k nrewards; 2k platinum (all with spouse). I don't bank with them, per se.

I too don't think that's necessarily the case as I do not primarily bank with them either.  I do have a checking account but rearely use it.  I do have an auto loan and  a motorcyle loan thought them and I own there Visa Platinum w/10k CL zero balance.  I almost bought my house through them but was counter offered a better deal at the last minute!
