As woodyman100 mentioned above, Sam's only takes MC. And it's said that MC is more accepted than Visa outside the states. I could fully take advantage of the no-foreign-transaction-fee feature.

Definitely fair as far as Sam's, I'd also like to have a good MC, but as far as acceptance, I'm not sure MC is really more accepted. I guess it would depend on what countries you may visit
