Readers should bear in mind, that page is quite a bit out of date... For example, both Chase and Citi report limits on their "NPSL" credit cards (i.e. Signature/World). Charge cards may be a different matter...

I have a crap1 world mastercard w/ 5k that reports.  It's my understanding all world mastercards are listed as flex.  Also, the best car rental insurance imo is amex for 20 or 25$ per trip because it's primary coverage so it doesn't go through your insurance company like all the other ones.
