World or World Elite Citi Diamond Prefered ?

Anybody ever heard or seen of a Citi Diamond Prefered card be issued under the "World" or World Elite" versions?

I know you can't apply for one straight up, but can you be upgraded ?

I've seen the World version of this card but not a World Elite. The only fee free card I know of Citi issuing in the World Elite is Dividend.

i applied for the diamond preferred .. still waiting to hear though .. i would love a world elite but world would be fine
