Hard to say, apply and if denied, recon the crap out of the denial. For your information when I got approved my TU FICO was 687, income was $117,700 and my monthly housing costs was $0 (I have been living in a corporate condo since I graduated college and starting working). No negatives on my TU report. Hope this helps...
