Would filling out the pre qualify things on cc issuer websites put you on their radar...

Would filling out the pre qualify things on cc issuer websites put you on their radar for future pre approval offers? becuase they would now have your address and information? I filled out every one i could find and the only matched offer i got was a boa cash rewards offer.

Any place you put your info into for a pre-approval offer (like Cap 1 credit card site for example where you get "matched" for an offer) will be of course kept by that particular company. However, keep in mind that all of these places pay the three major credit bureaus to get info on people that meet certain pre-determined reqirements so that way you will always be on their "radar" if you qualify.

Example: Cap 1 might purchase all the people with a FICO Equifax score of 700-720 with one, one year old derogatory and then make offers to those people. If you haven't opted out of this kind of marketing, you'll always receive an offer if you meet a creditor's initial requirements (keep in mind that doesn't at all guarantee an approval).
