Would it hurt me if I close my Cap 1 Secured early?

So I have a Cap 1 that has $1500 on it. As you can see in my sig I have another card (the discover) that I only use now because of the rewards. I am in the garden until 12/13 and that is when I am going to apply for my 4 cards I want. Chase Freedom, Amex BCE, Citi Forward, and the Sallie Mae Mastercard. Would closing this credit card early to get my deposit back hurt my chances of getting those cards in December? I was going to close the card anyways when I got my unsecured cards.

How long has it been open?

Since June of 13..

Since you just opened it in June I don't think it will hurt to keep it a little bit longer especially if you want to apply for those cards. Showing good payment history is a plus.

I would leave it open until it was time for Af then close it.

Yeah I'm just going to leave it open until I get my other cards.
