Called to dispute some things on my CR yesterday. A balance was still effecting util for a card I removed my self as an AU on. Rep said it would take 30 days , login to CK and it's gone lol score goes up 9 points to 647 and my fico goes from 675 to 717. Hard inquiries falling off like its going out of style. Didnt know that card was effecting me that much..

O hey, I have the exact issue; I was an AU and was removed. My CK report still reports the balance from before I was removed. My TU report reports a balance up to the month that I was removed, but this account is still under. My CK util is 10% but my actual util is 4% if I don't include the balance on the old AU account.

 

After you disputed, did you lose the whole tradeline or was the balance just updated?

Thats what I am on the fence about. I have to decide if I want to lose a positive TL or have an increased util

What was your old util before dispute and what is your new util after dispute
