My mother just called Chase to have me added as an AU. They said they dont report AU's to the CRA. I think they may have given her some wrong info. Can anyone confirm this?I think Im going to call again.
Call again. My wife is an AU on my Chase and it reports to EX & TU. As others have experienced, they don't report AU's to EQ.
AFAIK, they've been reporting me as an AU on my parent's Disney rewards card. Unfortunately, their util is extremely high each billing statement, so I had to have it taken off.
Thanks all. This is so frustrating.
I'm An AU on my wifes Chase Freedom. They report me to all 3 CB's.
i have my mother on my chase freedom and they report to all 3 cra's
This is a Chase Rewards card....would that make a difference?

I dont't believe it would. I think you spoke to an uninformed rep. Call and speak to a different rep and you will probably get a different answer.
Regardless what the CSR says it will report AU's. Just have your mother add you as an AU and check your reports in about a month.
