Anybody ever applied for a card and been told the score they pulled was different from what you know it is? Like you checked it right before you applied. Whether it was higher or lower.
Well I knew which one. But it would be pretty ridiculous if it was a score that I wasn't even able to. That would really be annoying.

More than likely when this happens the creditor is using their own "in-house" score rather than a FICO score.
About the only time you would know the exact score the lender is using AND be able to pull that score yourselft would be on a mortgage where you know the exact score version for each of the three CRAs.
Otherwise, you are only going to be able to get a similar score.
What lender? Complete info that they provided about the score? What credit score did you pull?
