After burning Amex 7 years ago and ruining my credit I'm finally back in a great credit place. I've been rebuilding for the past few years and really reved it up Fall of 2011 when I decided to purchase a house in 2012. Positioned my self to go for the Amex Gold and BCE and was approved for both! Now I can close my Cap One card. I had to close my Amex Optima to apply for another Amex product.
These forums have been a HUGE help over the past 7 years and now I have all the cards I want/need! 
BCE has a 5K limit, my first! Can't wait until Discover sees that limit when they review my account in May. Hopefully they'll give me a nice CLI.
It's nice to have access to credit, especially when it's not needed!
