Yet another good experience with Juniper Bank

So again, I called the backdoor number for my US Airways Platinum card, and talked to a very polite representative who eagerly tried to assist me. I called because I originally applied for the US Airways Premier World card and instead recieved the Platinum card with $2000 limit. I called the back door number a couple of months ago and was given a $3000 increase after just one month. This month I called the backdoor number and explained that I originally wanted the "World Premier" card as I travel a lot. The rep said "You have excellent history with us, I would be happy to upgrade your Platinum to the World Premier." She also said that my account would be reviewed every 6 months for an auto cli, and if I didn't receive one, to please call back. That is what I call Service!!

I had a similar good experience with the backdoor number last week in getting a much deserved credit limit increase. The customer service you get from that department is excellent and they not only look at your current credit reports but really do look at your history with Juniper/Barclay's as well.

Current:
TU (5/14/14): 796 (Inquiries; 8/23/13)
EQ (3/23/14): 791 (Inquiries: 8/23/13)
EX (9/24/13): 780 (Inquiries: 7/2/12; 11/20/12; 7/30/13; 8/23/13)

Goals: No new inquiries for 2014, 800 for all CRs by 12/31/14

My experience is mixed, but they have never done anything nasty and given DW and I CLIs

I had an auto CLI after 6 months I got the card.

After that, I received numerous letters with BT blank checks. LOL

They keep sending me preapprovals for their card with a fixed 7.9 percent interest rate.

Been there, done that, got the postcard. No thanks.
