I think Blue Cash doesnt....

 But all charge cards do, Zync being the cheapest of all.

 For extended warranty, and return insurance, 25$ are worth paying.

I have extended warranty and purchase protection on my Blue but there's no annual fee.  I wouldn't mind having a charge card but just do not want the associated AF with it.  Smiley Happy

And  Blue is the one that lets you hold a balance right?

I wish they still offered Blue for Students, I'd apply but I'm sure I'd get declined for the regular Blue cards.

Yes you can hold balance on Blue. Get a charge card first if you think they'll decline you. build a good relationship for 6 months and apply for Blue. Thats what I am going to do.
