That's your problem...GE will approve you no problem, but they won't offer any CLI's with recent negative info like that. Even if you have a decent score and have had the card for a while.

There is your prob, they refused to raise my Chevron Visa past 3500 for last 2 yrs citing BK and its a dismissed one from 2005, I finally called last month and just asked them for the CLI over the phone, denied, letter came BK citied, called again and told them close it out.... My BK is on TU only and I just got approved for an Ebates Visa Siggy off an EX pull so didnt really need to keep the Chevron around as its rewards are basically non existant.

I just closed both my Discount Tire and Care Credit accounts two weeks ago. Too CLI denials over last 4 years. Never paid them a dime in interest and never will from this point forward.

I thought GE pull from TU?
