With all the new upgrades to alot of CC's websites, was curious which one's people like the most.
For me, I like Chase the best, for usability and ease on the eyes.
Then AMEX, BOA,Barclays,Discover, Capital One, and last is Citi
To me CITI is really convoluted looking since the upgrades.
What say you guys?

Oh, I hate the new Citi website! I wish they hadn't changed it at all.
I kind of like USAA's site, & aside from not being able to request CLIs online, I kind of like the Target site, too ![]()

I would have to say Discover takes the cake for me, followed by BoA, Chase and finally my CU's website (pretty much non-existent lol). I would like to add that the Chase website is really ugly...
I understand that many individuals are looking for simplicity when dealing with CC, but a little flavor might go along way.

I kind of like CAP1s interface. They allow you to receive both digital and paper statements without making you choose one or the other. I like that feature.

For me, AmEx is definitely tops. Extra bonus for their iOS app also being the best.
