Nearly anything can trigger it. From charging lawer fees to them just not liking you. It can happen at any time. Theres a few on this board who had it happen a few years in a row. I personally dont worry about it. If they FR me ill use Chase the week they do and get my cards back after there done.

That's an amazing question which there is no answer to. Really, there's no real rhyme or reason to it. If Amex feels like it, they FR you.
