Yes utilization is across all cards. Keep your utilization below 10% across all cards. Do not apply for anymore cards because we call your limits toy limits and you will only get more like this if you dont garden so go ahead on over to the garden and let your current cards grow

You can try see if you CCC will increase your limits with soft pulls. I read this thread before: Check to see if a card pull Hard or Soft when requesting a CLI.

 

Current Cards: AMEX Everyday ($5k), AMEX BCE ($15.2k), Arrival ($7.5k), Merrill+ ($7.5k), Freedom ($5k), Double Cash ($5k)

1/15 - 792 Fico EX (AMEX) - In garden indefinitely.

I plan on doing just that. Will work with the CC i have and grow them. I already started getting credit increase offers....
