Anyone ever apply for the aadvantage visa infinite by popular bank in the virging islands? The $95.00 yearly fee for the visa infinite seems cheap.

Looks like the card actually has a $195 annual fee + $75 for authorized users. Also seems like this is only available for residents of the US Virgin Islands. Under the "State" dropdown box, VI is the only option, even though the bank is headquartered in Puerto Rico. I guess most of us don't qualify to be Clientes Distinguidos.
The annual fee is $195, and the card charges 1% foreign transaction fee. But it comes with intro 0% APR and $0 intro BT fee for first 90 days but requires cancellation of the card from which the balance is transferred.
Would the US be considered a foreign transaction? 😂

No. The US Virgin Islands are part of the US.

If every other U.S issuer required this, the debt problem might not be as bad as it is now.
Some people have credit that has fallen drastically because of high utilization on one card; thus, if they cancelled the card they paid off with a balance transfer, they probably wouldn't qualify for it if they applied again any time soon... I'm talking about cards that require anywhere from average to excellent credit.
