i have a old charge with citi for 7000 $ from 8 years ago . on my report its not showing .and that is passed to midland and its not payed yet does citi black list you ? should i try to apply for a citi card ? i was approved last week for the associated bank and this under citi . what does it mean i could get back to citi if midland as it ??
