hi guys, I have been with amex since 97, just got a BSP almost a month ago, checked my CR today and amex SP me 3 times in the last 2 weeks. is that normal?
Sure is...after awhile it will not be as often

nah, just got a copy of my CR from experian cause when I got the BSP they gave me a different apr so I was able to get a free cr and you can basically just keep checking it with the cr# they provide, so checked it today and bam, 3 sp's in 2 weeks, im about a month out before the 3x61 cant wait 
Yes, it's called an account review and everyone gets it when they are approved for new credit, even if you are already a cardholder. Some get it more than others and there is no rhyme or reason why. I got the BCE in May and the Costco True last month and was only sp'd once in June ( like yourself I use a number I got about 6 months ago!!!)

Where do you go to put in the credit report number? I got my report a few weeks ago and would like to check my SPs. Thanks
