What did you apply for? And how far apart were your applications? - that may have made a difference.
While we can't change Amex's mind, we might be able to help you figure out what went wrong if you give us some info on yourself and your credit profile. Maybe we can help make that Amex happen in 90 days or so.

I'm waiting til July to app for my first Amex also, but I know I can probably get one of their charge cards right now. I see no real need for it at the moment though.
