amex recon?

was chatting with a friend yesterday and they mentioned they applied for an amex and couldnt believe they were denied.  i remember seeing on here or i thought where some

people would fax in a recent report.  does anyone have that fax#?  i searched but couldnt find it.

i suggested for them to join the site, hopefully they will.

you have to call first.. you cant just fax in your statements.. have them call and ask for a second look.. they may say ok and ask him/her to send in some supporting docs..
