I do get full value out of all these cards whether through airline reimbursements, lounge memberships, hotel programs like FHR & GHA, hotel chain status, Amex International Airline Program, companion passes, transfer partners, and of course the sign up bonuses
Heh with all those fees I could buy a rountrip ticket to europe! You must travel a decent amount to make all those cards worth it. Wish I could travel more.
@anonymous4a wrote:Hi , for all of your cards what do you pay yearly for annual fees ?
395.00 united mileage plus club
125.00 amex gold
I have two old Cap 1 cards that were (and still are I suppose) rebuilders with AFs of $39 and $49. I've been able to get the AF waived for the past year and a half on them, but I ran into resistence the last time I called. They'll be closed the next time the AF comes due.
I recently got a US Airways card for the 40k miles bonus offer with an $89 AF. But that card might as well have "churn me" written on it. Likely won't keep it over a year.
I don't have it yet, but I do want the Amex BCP.
Not much here
Ritz = $395
BCP = $75
None. None of them are worth it with my spending habits. If I ever find myself traveling, even on a once yearly basis, I'll probably go for a Marriot card though.
