Yes, I know us bank cash plus.. and the old citi some credit card.. and i know discover and freedom has the catogory.. but any other card has 5% cash back or something equivalent of that? rewards?
The cash back dining cards seem to top out at 3% (Chase AARP, Sam's Club MC). There are some 2% options (AMEX TE, Chase Sapphire but higher depending on how you use UR points).
My Sony Card gives 3X points for dining, but that's limited to their Sony Rewards program.
Also, at 3%, Santander Bravo and Huntington Voice are options. Huntington has a limited footprint, unfortunately.
Is there any reason you don't want the Cash+, with the option to choose 5% restaurants each quarter?

Just that it's too difficult to get approved I think?? I feel that i might not be able to get it soon? Not that i don't want to use it. was just trying to see if there's a card easier to get approved.
Like cap 1 quicksilver visa, without the af one.. It's 1.5% Cash back.. but i heard that it's more diffiult to get approved than fidelity amex (which is actually better with 2%).. so i went for fidelity instead..

Well there is the fact that restaurants and fast food are 2 separate categories, so depending on where you like to go/how much you eat out, you might need to use up both slots for the full benefit.

Congrats on the Fidelity Amex. I see you have the Sallie as well. I haven't tried this yet, but Amazon has many restaurant gift cards. The Sallie might work for those, although it only gives 1% on streaming movies... So I'm thinking gift cards might be 1% as well. I almost always get 10% veteran discount at restaurants, so not too motivated to try the Sallie

For that matter, you could use Sallie Mae at a grocery store to get restaurant gift cards.
